Graham and Diane, who own the company, know the local area well, having been born, educated and lived and worked all our lives in the Tuxford and Retford areas.
Our team carefully selected to the sensitive and precise nature of the funeral profession, are dedicated to providing you with the expert care and atention at any time of the day or night.

Your enquiry will initially most likely be handled either by Graham or Lisa. However, Michael will usually facilitate you when having time with your loved one.
Graham and Diane founded the Company in 2009, whose motto of 'Originus Itineris' (the jouney begins) and was the start of an incredibly satisfying process in helping helping families at a most difficult time in their lives.

Graham Hall

Established GD Hall Funeral Directors and has been offering help, guidance and support since 2009.
John Taylor
Directors Assistant and Pallbearer
A Lancastrian by birth, educated locally and a member of the team for over 5 years.
Richard Archer
Directors Assistant and Pallbearer
This is Richard's second time with the company. Born, raised, educated and worked locally all his life. At Primary School at the same time as Graham.
Michael Lambley
Directors Deputy, Mortuary Manager, Pallbearer
Michael has been an integral part of the team since the company's beginning!
He has lived in the area for over 50 years.

Retford Office Based Administrator
A team member since May 2023. Meeting family members face to face and over the phone.
Emily Hall
Assistant to Graham and Diane
When able, helps with day to day issues and documentation.

Recruited to join the company over 10 years ago, having been born, raised and lived locally all his life.

Alan has lived all his life locally. A loyal member since the company's beginning.
